Our pork is modeled after Joel Salatin’s “pigearator pork” model in that we use them to roto-till our compost stored in the barn and barnyard. All the while, we feed them a non-gmo feed that is supplemented by any produce our cousins at Malcolm’s Market Garden can’t use.
