Our pork is modeled after Joel Salatin’s “pigearator pork” model in that we use them to roto-till our compost stored in the barn and barnyard. We raise our Berkshire hogs with the ability to root around and play in the mud, and all the while, we feed them a non-gmo feed that is supplemented by leftover bread and pastries from Reunion Bakery.
