You really can’t go wrong with a simple butter sauté. Maybe add some garlic and salt. Then throw them on top of salads, chicken, pork, steaks. Simple and scrumptious.
Lions Mane Crabcake
Brain health doesn’t have to taste nasty. Chop the lions mane into fine bits, add some panko, spring onion, garlic, herbs, and maybe some old bay spice. Toss in an egg to help hold things together, then hand form into a patty. Toss it in a pan with butter on medium heat to help cook it all the way through. Enjoy the flavor while your brain gets a little focus boost.
